-
Composite-core construction
The walls and floors of our trailers are fully insulated, stronger than
aluminum, and resistant to dings, dents and scratches.
-
A real bumper
Our 4-inch boxed bumper uses the same high-strength alloy as the frame, so you
can install a bike rack or other attachments with confidence.
-
High clearance Your Chalet trailer can go anywhere your tow vehicle can
go.
|
-
Improved frame We use a blend of high-strength alloys for less weight
and more structural strength, and powder-coat it for a stronger finish. And we
mount four stabilizer jacks directly to the frame, for additional balance and
support.
|
-
New flooring
Our new flooring uses Filon® fiberglass for durability, light weight and an
insulated, waterproof barrier.
-
Heavy-duty materials
We use a heavy-duty axle, rated to 3,000 lbs standard, plus rubber auto-style
seals for a tight and long-lasting protective fit.
-
Protected pipes We tuck away all pipes and electrical lines, to minimize
exposure and damage and maximize storage room.
|
-
Waterproof skylights
We use Lexan skylights with double seals for years of waterproof protection.
- Higher
water pressure
An oversized water pump and mixer faucet deliver more water for your sink.
- Extra
space Chalet’s high-sidewall models give you higher counters and more
headroom.
|
-
Standard safety features
Every Chalet comes with a fire extinguisher, LP gas detector and GFCI-protected
outlets for your safety.
-

-
Light and privacy
Our bronze-mirrored solar reflective glass windows let in light while
protecting privacy and keeping interior temperatures cool.
-
High-quality materials Our cushions have a higher foam density than the
industry standard, and we use only high-density fabric coverings. You can
choose from three different color-coordinated interiors.
